Arcade toolkit for Apollo.io sales intelligence, enabling LLMs to search, enrich, and rate-limit-check against Apollo's database of companies and people.
Capabilities
- Account intelligence: Search Apollo's company database by firmographic criteria and enrich any domain into detailed account profiles (industry, size, revenue, funding, location).
- Contact intelligence: Search people by role and employer firmographics, then enrich individuals into verified profiles with current title and optional contact details using any available identifier (Apollo ID, name, email, or LinkedIn URL).
- Credit-aware responses: Enrichment and search operations consume Apollo plan credits and return a structured
status=insufficient_creditssignal instead of failing hard when credits are exhausted. - Rate-limit visibility: Retrieve per-endpoint rate limits and remaining request counts so agents can pace batch workflows and avoid throttling.
Secrets
APOLLO_API_KEY— An Apollo.io API key used to authenticate all requests. Obtain it from the Apollo.io dashboard under Settings → Integrations → API Keys. The key must be a master API key to use theGetApiUsageendpoint; a standard key works for search and enrichment. Apollo API access requires an active plan; credit consumption depends on your tier. See Apollo's API key documentation for details on key types and permissions.
