PagerDuty Toolkit

Arcade toolkit that enables LLMs to interact with PagerDuty — reading and managing incidents, on-call schedules, teams, services, and users via the PagerDuty API.

Capabilities

  • Incident management: Retrieve individual incidents or list them with filters (status, urgency, service, team, time range); update status (acknowledge, resolve, reopen); reassign to a specific user without affecting status.
  • Activity & audit: List log entries (the account-wide activity feed) covering triggers, acknowledgments, escalations, and resolutions.
  • On-call & scheduling: List on-call entries and schedules to determine who is currently on duty and when rotations occur.
  • Services & escalation policies: Fetch or list services (with name search) and escalation policies to understand routing and coverage.
  • Teams & users: List or look up teams (with members and linked resources), list users, search users by name or email via fuzzy matching, and retrieve the authenticated user's own profile with contact and notification summaries.

OAuth

This toolkit authenticates via OAuth 2.0 using the PagerDuty provider. See the Arcade provider reference for setup details: https://docs.arcade.dev/en/references/auth-providers/pagerduty
